On the top parking deck of the Neukölln Arcaden, Berlin's most famous rooftop garden has grown out of wooden pallets, planters and string lights. A view over the whole city to the television tower, DJs, concerts and a crowd from half of Europe. Beer and simple cocktails, but the best sunset in town.
