Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez built not a bar but a Drinkery House on Carrer de Muntaner: no counter as a barrier, the bartenders work in the middle of the room, the drinks are sculptures of ice, glass and aromas. In 2023 Sips was voted the best bar in the world.
