The brewhouse Früh am Dom has been Cologne's first address for Kölsch since 1904: Stangen in the Kranz, Köbes in blue aprons, Halve Hahn and Himmel un Ääd, a vaulted cellar and tables out onto the street. Touristy, yes, but genuine, and the cathedral stands right opposite.
