Bar Marsella on Carrer de Sant Pau has been open since 1820 and looks it: chandeliers full of dust, mirrors, old bottles, tables with sugar cubes and spoons. Hemingway and Dalí are said to have drunk absinthe here, and that is exactly what you still get, with a water carafe and instructions.
